Thank you for purchasing this OsDesign creation by Orsolya Simon. I hope you enjoy working with this digital products.

DESIGN FORMAT
- 300 dpi, printing quality
- backgrounds are 12*12 (3600*3600)
- high resolution jpg and png files

All images contained in my products are copyrighted by Orsolya Simon with all rights reserved.
By purchasing or downloading products from me you agree to the following terms of use.

You may
- Use all graphics and images within the kits and all other downloaded elements for personal use.
- Modify, recolor, resize and transform this elements.
- Post your layouts in any galery or publish them in magazins or contests with proper credit given to me.
- Use this graphics to make your personal blog header (please give a credit).

You may not
- Claim these graphics as your own.
- Alter the graphics in any way and then claim them as your own.
- Redistribute these graphics in any way, shape, or form.
- Use this files to make web designs for commercial purpuses.
- Use this images to spread hate, violence, discrimination or any other use prohibited by law.

Please be advised that Orsolya Simon or OsDesign shall not be held liable for damages and/or losses resulting from the use of these materials.

Köszönöm, hogy letöltötted az általam készített grafikai elemeket!
Ezek a grafikák saját alkotásaim, szerzõi jogvédelem alatt állnak, az 1999. évi LXXVI. törvény alapján minden jog fenntartva Krizsanyikné Simon Orsolya számára.

Megteheted:
- Átalakíthatod, színezheted, formázhatod és méretezheted ezeket, beleérve az elemek kiegészítését, részleges törlését is.
- Szabadon felhasználhatod õket, részben vagy egészben, scrapbook oldalak összeállításához.
- Felhasználásával készített összeállításaidat szabadon publikálhatod galériákban, magazinokban.
- Kinyomtathatod az így készített képeket.
- Minden esetben kérlek hivatkozz rám, mint dizájnerre.

Nem teheted meg:

- applicable to all commercial use items made by Orsolya Simon all items contained in this folder you downloaded.

All items in this folder at the time of download are protected by copyright law. You must follow my terms of use for these items:

You MAY-
-use these items in your pages and projects, including "scrap-for-hire" projects. items must be altered for s4h usage- and pages must be flattened in .jpeg format.

-use these items for monetary gain, as long as this TOU is followed

-use these items to create digital kits & other items for sale (including freebies) as long as they are altered.

- use these items in website design and preview packaging of your digital items, as long as they are altered and at a resolution of 72 dpi or lower

You MAY NOT-
- claim the original files as your own

-use these items to make any other designer resource item. You may not turn them into any other CU packs, no exceptions!

-Resell my original files. They must be altered for use.

-put these items on a disc to sell or give away to anyone else, not put them into an online storage (such as 4shared or rapidshare etc.). You may not share my files on any online group or torrent sites. My files cannot be shared with or sold to others in any way unless they are altered and my TOU is followed.

-use these items for making templates (since the item could be easily extracted)

-you may not "transfer" this item to someone else if you do not plan on using it again. You may not "trade" or give away this item to anyone else for their use.

I do NOT require credit for my Commercial Use products, however, it is always appreciated! :)

This TOU may be amended by me only.
